1.The problem of orders often exist due to wrong or not detailed information of the order about E-mail address, dealing time, dealing place, telephone number, etc. So, please make sure that all the items mentioned above are accurate so that the goods could be arrived at the right place on time.
2. Amending Orders
if the orders are paid successfully, it cannot be revised or cancelled until agreed by Supgold. Please note the following ways to solve this problem after the agreement of Supgold.
(1) If you want to revise the order, which has, been paid successfully, please contact customer service ASAP. (Note: please submit your order with the valid information such as Email address, Contact telephone number and etc. Otherwise, we may not be able to confirm the revising behavior)
(2) If you want to cancel the order after you have paid by credit card successfully, you can choose to subsist the trading money in the virtual account (It is suggested to do so), if you ask to refund the money to you credit card, the payment platform will charge handling fee accordingly since your payment has been successfully made. If the demanding of refunding was not caused by our company, the balance of the payment will be made into your account after charging the handling fee (Normally 2.9% * transaction + $0.30).
Note: The quantity cannot be added after the order which you have paid for successfully, if you want to reduce or cancel some goods before shipment, you can subsist the balance of payment in the virtual account or ask to return the balance to your own card after charging the handling fee accordingly. (The company who paid for that will charge it.)
